Store Return Policy
The gallery will accept returns of merchandise in perfect condition for exchange or store credit within 2 weeks from date of purchase. Please, absolutely no cash or credit card refunds due to paying commissions to artists. This policy is written on your receipt and posted by the register on the sales counter.
All merchandise leaves the gallery intact. The gallery is not responsible for any damage or breakage in transport, excluding items the gallery ships.
All shipped artwork is insured, however, any damaged artwork during shipping must be claimed within two weeks, and all packaging must be kept for UPS to pick up and inspect.
The gallery will accept returns of merchandise, excluding work that was a “Custom Order,” for exchange or store credit within 2 weeks of purchase.
Holiday Return Policy
The gallery will accept returns on purchases made between November 1 and December 25, through December 31. All merchandise leaves the gallery intact. The gallery is not responsible for any damage or breakage in transport, excluding items the gallery ships.

Artist works that are “Custom Orders” may not be returned.
Work being shipped outside of the continental U.S. is not returnable.
Wedding Gift Exchange Policy
All received wedding gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit only, within two months of gift purchase.
How to Return Artwork
Here is the simple process for returning an item:
- Contact the gallery by calling (303) 674-4871.
- Repack the product in its original packaging materials.
- Ship item(s) to the address provided to you by a gallery representative.
- Insure item to its full value when shipping.
We ask that your return item(s) be shipped back in the original packing materials and container, and that you insure the work to its full value. We recommend you use UPS or FedEx.
If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, The Evergreen Gallery will pay the return-shipping costs.
Artwork Damaged in Transit
For all items shipped from the Gallery: if your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged artwork, call us (303) 674-4871 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials and wrap up as similarly to how we originally wrapped the item. Throwing it back in a box with no wrapping will probably cancel all insurance on the item.
