Shipping and Handling

We do ship! Artwork can be shipped to you directly from the gallery using UPS ground, Continental United States only.

If calling or emailing, please have the artist name and item description handy when you call. We can email or text you photos of what is currently in the gallery. Once you decide, we will be asking for shipping address, email address and credit card info with the associated billing address for the card.

UPS shipping costs are based on:

  • Size of the box
  • Insurance to cover the cost of the artwork
  • Distance to the destination from Evergreen, Colorado
  • Residential vs. Commercial (saves a few dollars) address destination.
  • In UPS pricing, weight is typically not a factor with the artwork we have in the gallery. Something that is 2 pounds will cost as much as something that is 20 pounds if they are placed in the same size box.
  • Sometimes it can be safer for the artwork and/or less expensive to use more than one box.

Handling fees cover packaging materials (box, bubble, tape, etc.) and employee time.

United States Post Office (USPS) shipping is available upon request. Evergreen Angel pendants will be shipped via USPS.

International Orders

To make a purchase from outside the U.S., or to ship outside the continental U.S., please contact us by phone, indicating what item you are interested in and what country you are shipping to. We will then calculate the international shipping and handling, as well as any tariff, duty, sales tax or VAT charges that may apply to your order. If you agree to the additional shipping charges, your order can then be placed.

At this time, we cannot accept returns on any items shipped outside of the continental U.S.

Expected Delivery Time

All artwork that is available in the gallery will typically ship UPS ground within 1-3 business days, unless it is oversized or incredibly fragile. This may take more time to gather appropriate shipping materials, or potentially take it to a professional art shipping company.

If the artwork is not available in the gallery, and can be made by the artist, then your item(s) will usually be shipped 4-6 weeks from the order date, allowing the artist sufficient time to create your individual piece of art.

When your artwork is on the way, you will be sent an email notification by the shipping company with the shipper’s tracking information.

Tracking Your Purchase

If you have received a tracking number from us for UPS in your e-mail order shipped confirmation, please go to UPS website to access the shippers website, and track your shipment.

Damaged Artwork

We never like to hear this!

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us right away, take photos and keep all packaging.

UPS will pick up the box, with the artwork inside. Please wrap up as similarly as you can as when you found the artwork… UPS inspects the packaging in order to decide whether insurance will cover the cost. We take great care in wrapping artwork, if UPS doesn’t see this then they will not cover the costs.

This must all be taken care of within 2 weeks.
